RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT
SAVE THE PACKAGING! If an item that was shipped UPS arrives damaged, please contact UPS within 3 days to file a claim. UPS will then contact us and we will reship your products. If an item that was shipped USPS arrives damaged, please contact us directly. As stated above, you must save the box and or any packaging that was in the damaged shipment.

CDs and Books
Books in new condition and UNOPENED CDs may be returned within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged as the return process is much more difficult. Stream & Download & Download Products
eLearning courses that have not been accessed can be refunded within 90 days of purchase. Because the courses have downloadable products, accessed courses cannot be refunded or transferred for any reason. If your student is struggling in an eLearning course, the course can be placed on hold or the subscription can be placed on hold until ready to resume. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
All DIVE CDs are copyrighted and contain an End User License Agreement which states you have purchased a license to use the intellectual property for your immediate family. This license is non-transferable which means the DIVE CDs cannot be sold, loaned, or given away. This is important for many reasons but most importantly it allows us to serve you better by permitting us to offer the Replacement CD Program described above and it helps protect homeschooling families from purchasing used CDs that are damaged.
