At DIVE, we believe God requires us to create fair and honest policies that honor Him. We also believe God requires us to apply these policies equally, to everyone. REFUNDS
  • Electronic media—including e-books, eLearning courses, CDs, DVDs, streaming access, and any items with an internet component—cannot be returned for a refund.
EXCHANGES

Exchange LIVE Online Classes: See Policies for LIVE Classes

Exchange Shormann Math eLearning Courses

If the course has been accessed, it may only be exchanged for a different Shormann Math course, and only if all of the following apply:

    • It was purchased within 60 days

    • No more than 30 lessons have been accessed.

    • An access fee is charged to cover the costs charged to us by the third party platform that hosts our courses.

If the course has NOT been accessed, it may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. To request an exchange, please see: Exchange Request Form

    Exchange Science eLearning Courses (includes auto-grading)
    eLearning courses have downloadable files. Courses that have not been accessed can be exchanged within 180 days of purchase. For more information or to request an exchange, see the  Exchange Request Form

    Exchange Books & Lab Manuals:
    As agreed to during checkout, Shormann Math Books and Lab Manuals cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

    Exchange CD/DVD:
    UNOPENED CDs may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. CDS purchased 91 to 180 days ago, may be returned for partial store credit. Learn More: Exchange Request Form for CDs

    Exchange Stream & Download Courses:
    Digital Download courses and Stream & Download courses cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
     
    RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT 
    SAVE THE PACKAGING! If an item that was shipped UPS arrives damaged, please contact UPS within 3 days to file a claim. UPS will then contact us and we will reship your products. If an item that was shipped USPS arrives damaged, please contact us directly. As stated above, you must save the box and or any packaging that was in the damaged shipment. 
    CD UPGRADE PROGRAM

    MAIL-IN ORDERS
    To pay for an order via check, please fill out the DIVE Order Form and send it in with your payment. Please note that order fulfillment time may be delayed when using this method.

    END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
     
    All DIVE CDs are copyrighted and contain an End User License Agreement which states you have purchased a license to use the intellectual property for your immediate family. This license is non-transferable which means the DIVE CDs cannot be sold, loaned, or given away. This is important for many reasons but most importantly it allows us to serve you better by permitting us to offer the Replacement CD Program described above and it helps protect homeschooling families from purchasing used CDs that are damaged. At only 41 cents per lecture, we hope you agree our CDs are a great value, without reselling!  Frequently Asked Questions
