While parents and teachers can change grades for any reason, using the course as instructed below will save time and ensure the student develops fluency.
1. If you haven't already, complete all the steps on the Quiz Instruction Sheet to re-learn and correct missed problems.
2. Auto-Grading Issues: "The system marked my answer wrong, but I think it's right." This is usually caused by not following the instructions above the question on how to enter your answer. See #1 Here. All others: Solutions to Common Grading Issues
3. Technical Issues: Complete the steps under 1.System Setup
4. Change a Quiz Grade: Complete the form below.
5. Reset A Quiz: Have the student re-take the quiz, then use the form below to submit the new grade.
