FAQs:

Is the Orientation Meeting required for the Free Trial?
Yes, the orientation meeting is required as it has critical information not included in the Getting Started video.  However,  it only lasts about 15 minutes. To schedule a meeting, please visit: Schedule an Orientation Appointment

We are current Shormann Math users. Is the Orientation Meeting still required?
The purpose of the free trial is for the parent to login and see how the course works. So, we don’t normally do a free trial for current families. However, if you still want to do a free trial, the orientation meeting is required.

Is there a Free Trial for Science courses?
We only offer Free Trials for Shormann Math courses. However, we do have Sample Courses here: Sample Lessons 

Can I select a later start date?
Yes, enter your selected Access date in the Registration Form. If you did not include it in your form, simply send us an email with your preferred start date to support@diveintomath.com. Or call us at 936-372-6299. We are available M-F, 8-5 PM CST 

Do I need to submit a separate Free Trial Registration form for each student?
Yes, you will need to complete a separate Free Trial form for each student. This ensures each course is set up correctly. 

Will my work be saved after the Free Trial ends?
Yes, all the work is saved for up to three months. You can purchase the full course anytime during the trial or for up to 3 months after the trial ends and your work will be saved. If you have not purchased the full course, see: How to Purchase Full Course

Do I need to complete the Parent Setup instructions again when I purchase the full course?
No, you do not need to complete the Parent Setup instructions again. Once we process your order, we will add your student's course back to their account and send you a confirmation email. At that point, you can simply log in using the same username and password you used during the Free Trial, and all of their work will be saved.
