Can I start the course over?
While we are happy to reset the entire course and remove all the grades, it is rarely necessary to go back more than 10-15 lessons. Please read this article with solutions to common problems: Time-Saving Tips

Once we receive the form, we will erase all the grades and send an email and/or text when the course is ready.

Can I keep my grades and continue the course normally?
Yes! Select the "keep my grades" option above the Add to Cart button. All of your grades will be retained and you can pick up where you left off. The student will use the same login credentials and instructions to access the course.For time-saving tips, please see:
