To ensure we extend the correct course, please login to the student’s Educadium account at diveonline.educadium.com and verify the student’s username and email address you entered in the fields above, matches the information in Educadium.

Can I start the course over?
Yes, simply select, "I want to start my course over" in the field above the Add to Cart button. All grades will be deleted and you can start your course fresh. The student will use the same login credentials and instructions to access the course.
Can I keep my grades and continue the course normally?
Yes! Select the "keep my grades" option above the Add to Cart button. All of your grades will be retained and you can pick up where you left off. The student will use the same login credentials and instructions to access the course.
Can I get an extension after my course expires?
You can purchase an extension before or after the course expires.
Will I lose all my work if my course expires before I get an extension?
No, when we add your student back to the course, all of their course work will be there.
Can I Get A Free Extension?
The eLearning platform we use charges us per enrolled student and have to pay to manually add the extension. Also, each course already has an extra 90 - 180 days built into the subscription. For example, Shormann Algebra 1 is a 36-45 week course, but the subscription is 24 months. Therefore, the subscription includes an extra 6 months more than is needed for the course. So, while we can't give a free extension (even for one day), we do offer a deeply discounted price on extensions.
