Display Issues, Site is Slow, or Weird Symbols

Follow These Easy Solutions

1. After you complete each step below, try the course again. If it still doesn't work, continue to the next step.

2. Browser: Chrome & Safari are the only supported browsers. If you are not using one of these browsers, please click the link, select your Operating System, then follow the steps under "Browsers": Setup Browser

3. Parental Controls & Internet Filtering: If you have any kind of Parental Controls or Internet Filtering (SafeEyes, NetNanny, Circle), you must add ALL of these sites to your "Safe Sites": Learn More Settings

4. If you don't know if you have parental controls or content filtering, open the browser the student uses to access the eLearning campus, type in the sites listed above and see if you get a "this page is blocked" type of message. If so, parental controls or content filtering software is enabled and those sites must be added to the software.

5. If that doesn't resolve the issue, check for a virus or malware issue. Educadium recommends using an anti-malware program like Malwarebytes to clean your system.

6. Internet Stability: To ensure a stable connection, follow these steps:

Connect to your phone's hotspot and try the course. If it works, the issue is with your main internet. Contact your provider.
Plug your computer directly into your router using an ethernet cable.
Restart your modem, router, and switches by unplugging them for one minute.
Stop all other streaming or downloading activity.
Close all unnecessary applications, browser tabs, and windows.
Ask your internet provider to check for line quality or noise issues.

7. Check Your Settings: Follow the Device Setup Instructions.
