These issues are usually caused by an unstable internet connection, a web filtering software like SafeEyes, a VPN, JavaScript is not enabled, or by not using the correct browser (Chrome or Safari). Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
-
Check your settings: Device Setup Instructions
-
If you use a VPN, Parental Controls or Web Filtering Software, temporarily turn it off and RESTART YOUR DEVICE. Then, try the course again. If this resolves the issue, there is a problem with the setup. Contact the provider for support.

A stable internet connection is required. The eLearning system works on slow internet speeds, including dial-up. To ensure a stable connection, follow these steps:
a. Contact your Internet service provider and ask them to check for quality/noise issues on the line.
b. If possible, plug your computer directly into your router using an ethernet cable and try the course again.
c. Restart your modem and all routers and switches by unplugging them from power for one minute.
d. Stop all other streaming or downloading content.
e. Close all other applications, tabs, and windows.
f. If the steps above don't resolve the issue, connect to your phone's hotspot and try the course again. If it works, this means the issue is your internet connection. Contact your internet provider. -
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, check for a virus or malware issue. Educadium recommends using an anti-malware program like Malwarebytes to clean your system.
