Frequently Asked Questions
- I only have a few days left, can a day be added to my subscription for lost time. Yes! Please send a request to support@diveintomath.com and allow two business days for processing.
- If the servers went down during a Practice Set or Review Questions Set all your answers will be saved. Simply open the assignment, select "Continue the Last Attempt".
- If the servers went down during a timed assignment like a quiz or exam, it will usually save your answers. Then, when the site is back up you can continue. If not, request a reset or a grade change using the request form on the Course Home page.
- Math students should solve each problem on paper before entering their answers. So it should be easy to go back and enter those answers, if needed.
