These setup instructions solve and prevent 99% of all technical issues. If you are having technical issues, complete these steps then, try using the course again.

SAFARI Users:

We generally recommend using Safari. However, if you have technical issues, use Chrome instead (instructions in the next section).

1. Install all available updates for your operating system: How to Update macOS

2. Set your Mac to check for software updates automatically: Keep your Mac up to date

3. Follow the steps here: Enable cookies and cache on Mac

4. Follow the steps under "Enable Javascript" here: Change Security Settings

5. If you use Parental Controls, a VPN, or Internet Filtering software, please add these websites to your safe sites list:
