iOS eLearning Setup Instructions

How to Setup iOS Devices for eLearning

We generally recommend using Safari to access our eLearning courses on a IOS device. If you have technical  issues, try using Chrome. 

Pre-Algebra Students Must Use Chrome There is a known issue with some of the videos on some iOS devices. Scroll down and follow the steps under Chrome Users. 


SAFARI USERS:

1. Install all available updates for your device (iPhone, iPad): How to Update

2. Set your IOS device to automatic updates app: Turn on or turn off automatic updates

3. If you use Parental Controls, a VPN, or Internet Filtering software, please add these websites to your safe sites list:

  • https://diveonline.educadium.com

  • https://quizlet.com/

  • https://diveintomath.com/

  • https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.2/MathJax.js

  • https://mathjax.org/*

  • https://wiris.net/*

  • Knowledge Based Articles

If you experience any technical issues, please temporarily turn the parental Controls, VPN, or Filtering Software off and RESTART YOUR DEVICE THEN TRY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE AGAIN and see if it resolves the issue. If it does, that means there is an issue with the setup and you should contact the filtering, VPN,  or Parental Control software provider for support.

 

CHROME USERS
