eL Tech: Answer is Changed When I Click Submit

This is usually caused by an unstable internet connection, a VPN or Internet filtering software (like Safe Eyes) is not setup correctly, or more than 1 assignment is open. To solve this issue, follow these steps:

  1.  If you need a grade change, have a parent submit this form: Grade Change Request

  2. Log out of Educadium and restart the computer. 

  3. Make sure you are not logged in to the course on any other computer or device.

  4. Complete the Computer & Device Setup Instructions

  1. Try the course again.
