Follow These Easy Solutions
Educadium is currently online and working properly. To resolve this issue, please follow these simple steps:
1. Parental Controls & Internet Filtering: If you have any kind of Parental Controls or Internet Filtering (SafeEyes, NetNanny, Circle), you must follow these steps add ALL of these sites to your safe sites: Instructions for Adding Safe Sites
2. If you don't know if you have parental controls or content filtering, follow these steps:

- On the computer or device your student uses to access the course, open Chrome, and go to deviceinfo.me.
- Scroll down the left menu and select "Content Filtering".
- If parental controls or content filtering software is enabled must add all of these to your Safe Sites: Instructions for Adding Safe Sites
- If you don't have parental controls or content filtering, go to the next step.
- On the computer or device your student uses to access the course, open Chrome, and go to deviceinfo.me.
3. Check Internet Stability: To ensure a stable connection, follow these steps:

- Connect to your phone's hotspot and try the course. If it works, the issue is with your main internet. Contact your internet provider.
- Plug your computer directly into your router using an ethernet cable.
- Restart your modem, router, and switches by unplugging them for one minute.
- Stop all other streaming or downloading activity.
- Close all unnecessary applications, browser tabs, and windows.
- Ask your internet provider to check for line quality or noise issues.
4. Check for a virus or malware issue. Educadium recommends using an anti-malware program like Malwarebytes to clean your system.
5. Check Your Settings: Follow the Device Setup Instructions.
