- If you don't know if you have parental controls or content filtering, open the browser the student uses to access the eLearning campus, type in the sites listed above and see if you get a "this page is blocked" type of message". If so, parental controls or content filtering software is enabled and those sites must be added to the software.

INTERNET STABILITY: To ensure a stable internet connection, follow these steps:
i. Connect to your phone's hotspot and try the course again. If it works, this means the issue is your internet connection. Contact your internet provider for support.
ii. If possible, plug your computer directly into your router, using an ethernet cable, and try the course again.
iii. Restart your modem and all routers and switches by unplugging them from power for one minute.
iv. Stop all other streaming or downloading content.
v. Close all other applications, tabs, and windows.
vi. Contact your Internet service provider and ask them to check for quality/noise issues on the line.
